What is an operational CRM?
A CRM that runs the whole operation, not just the sales contacts. It follows each job from first enquiry through the work, the people, the paperwork and the payment, and it is built around how your business actually works.
How is it different from off-the-shelf software?
Off-the-shelf tools are built for everyone, so you change how you work to fit them. We map how you work first and build the system around that. You still get a proven core, because AquaCRM's modules run real businesses already, but the screens, stages and words are yours.
Why don't you offer a demo?
Because what we build for you doesn't exist yet. A demo of somebody else's system wouldn't tell you much. We'd rather talk, then come and see your business.
What happens in the week on site?
We spend five days with your team: we watch a normal day, follow real jobs end to end, map the money and the tools, agree the leaks with you, and finish by showing you what we'd build and how long it takes.
How long does it take?
The discovery week is one week. A first working system is usually live in weeks, not months, and we build the rest in stages so you get value early. You'll have a timeline at the end of the week.
Who owns the data and the code?
Your data is yours, always, and you can export it whenever you want. Who owns the code depends on what we build for you; it's agreed in writing before we start, so there are no surprises.
How do you keep our data safe?
Role-based access, an audit trail of every action, encrypted daily backups, and malware scanning on uploads. Nothing is sent to your customers without a person choosing to send it.
Will AI replace our staff?
No. We use AI to organise, draft, flag and delegate, so your people spend their time on the work only they can do. People make the decisions and send what goes out.
How much does it cost?
It depends on what your business needs, so we agree it together after the discovery week, with a clear scope, before any build starts.
What support do we get?
The same team that builds your system keeps it running. You get a named contact, and we keep improving the system as the business changes.
What if we want to leave?
You can. Your data is exportable at any time, and we'll help you take it with you. We'd rather keep you by being useful than by locking you in.
