We arrive, meet the team and sit in on a normal day. No workshops, no slides. We just watch how the work really happens.
- Day 2Follow the work
We follow real jobs from first contact to final payment, and note every handover, re-key and wait.
- Day 3Map the money and the tools
Quotes, invoices, spend, and every app and spreadsheet you use. Where the numbers come from and where they get lost.
- Day 4Find the leaks
We put the map together with your team and agree the problems worth fixing first, and the ones that can wait.
- Day 5Show you what we'd build
We walk you through the system we'd build, what it changes for each person, and how long it takes.
At the end of the week
What you walk away with.
- A map of how your business really runs, yours to keep
- The leaks and bottlenecks we found, in order of what they cost you
- A sketch of the system we'd build, screen by screen
- A plan and timeline, and the cost agreed together

We'll agree it together.
Every business is different, so we agree the week, and anything after it, together and in writing before we start. No surprises, and no obligation to carry on.
Why don't you offer a demo?
Because what we build for you doesn't exist yet. A demo of somebody else's system wouldn't tell you much. We'd rather talk, then come and see your business.
What happens in the week on site?
We spend five days with your team: we watch a normal day, follow real jobs end to end, map the money and the tools, agree the leaks with you, and finish by showing you what we'd build and how long it takes.
How long does it take?
The discovery week is one week. A first working system is usually live in weeks, not months, and we build the rest in stages so you get value early. You'll have a timeline at the end of the week.
How much does it cost?
It depends on what your business needs, so we agree it together after the discovery week, with a clear scope, before any build starts.
