No. We build training from your own policies and procedures; we don't certify or accredit anyone. Where a qualification is required by law or your sector, you'll still need an accredited provider for it.
We don't have written policies. Can you help?
Yes. Writing them with you is usually the first step. You stay responsible for what they say, and for any specialist advice they need.
Do people need another login?
No. Training sits inside AquaCRM, next to the work it's about.
