A hospitality and leisure operator

Tills, rotas, stock and safety checks on one system

Several sites, seasonal staff and a lot of paper. We mapped how a day actually ran, from opening checks to the last cash-up, then built one system around it.

The problem

Where it started.

Several sites, seasonal staff and a day that ran on paper: tills that knew nothing about stock, rotas in one place and tasks on a whiteboard, safety checks in a folder, and a cash-up that rarely balanced first time.

What we did

How we worked.

  1. Followed a full day on site, from opening checks to the last cash-up
  2. Mapped how service, stock, staff and safety actually connected
  3. Wrote the daily routines down as clear, owned processes
  4. Built one system to run them, with a touch-first till at the centre

The system we built

One system for the whole operation.

  • Touch-first EPOS connected to stock
  • Rotas, check-ins and daily tasks
  • Live stock position across sites
  • Safety checks and incidents as evidence

What changed

The outcome.

  • One system across sites instead of separate tools and paper
  • Stock that moves with every sale, so running out is visible early
  • Rotas, check-ins and tasks on every phone
  • Safety checks recorded as evidence, not paperwork
